About the Role:

We are hiring a dedicated and student-focused

Female Admission Counselor

to join our team in

Hyderabad

. As the first point of contact for prospective students and their families, you will play a key role in helping them make informed academic decisions and smoothly navigate the admissions journey.

Key Responsibilities:

Student Engagement:

Communicate with prospective students and parents via phone, email, and in-person to understand their academic goals and recommend suitable programs.

Admissions Support:

Guide applicants through course options, eligibility, fees, scholarships, and admission processes.

Follow-Up & Conversion:

Conduct timely follow-ups to ensure application completion and convert inquiries into confirmed admissions.

Database Management:

Maintain accurate records of all interactions, leads, and follow-up actions in the CRM system.

Outreach Participation:

Support the team in organizing admission events, seminars, webinars, and outreach activities in local schools/colleges.

Team Coordination:

Work closely with marketing and academic departments to ensure a seamless experience for every applicant.

Location Requirement:

Must be based in or willing to work from Hyderabad

Desired Skills:

Clear and confident communication in English, Telugu, and Hindi Strong people skills and a helpful, counseling-oriented mindset Ability to manage multiple leads and follow-ups systematically Basic tech skills (MS Office, Google Workspace, CRM familiarity is a plus)

Preferred Background:

Previous experience in counseling, academic advising, or student services is a bonus, but freshers with passion are welcome to apply

Work Timings:

Monday to Saturday 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM Sundays Off

Compensation & Perks:
