Ensure all job postings are accurate, attractive, and aligned with the company's branding and recruitment standards.
Coordinate closely with the recruitment team and department heads to gather job requirements, descriptions, and candidate specifications.
Monitor the performance of job postings and make necessary updates to enhance visibility and applicant quality.
Maintain an organized database of open positions, posting dates, and platform performance.
Ensure timely removal of closed or filled positions from all platforms.
Assist in developing creative and engaging job descriptions to attract qualified candidates.
