Job Summary:

The Head of Operations will be a pivotal senior leader responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of the company's day-to-day operations. This includes managing the job seeker and employer-facing portals, ensuring seamless functionality, and driving the business towards profitability and sustainable growth. The ideal candidate will be a visionary problem-solver with a proven track record in the tech or online services sector, capable of leading cross-functional teams and implementing robust operational strategies.

Key Responsibilities



The Head of Operations will be accountable for the entire operational lifecycle of prime1jobs.com. This includes:

Strategic Planning & Execution:

Develop and implement operational strategies that align with the company's long-term business goals. This involves creating actionable plans to improve efficiency, productivity, and profitability across the entire business.

Platform Management:

Oversee the functionality, performance, and development roadmap of both the job seeker and employer portals. Collaborate with the technology team to identify and implement features that enhance the user experience and service delivery.

User Lifecycle Management (Job Seekers & Employers):

Take ownership of the entire user journey. For job seekers, this means optimizing the experience from registration to job application. For employers, this involves ensuring a seamless process from posting a job to managing applicants.

Team Leadership & Management:

Lead, mentor, and build high-performing teams across operations, customer support, and business development. Foster a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and collaboration.

Process Improvement:

Continuously analyze and evaluate existing operational processes. Identify bottlenecks and implement data-driven solutions to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance the quality of service.

Customer Service & Support:

Define and enforce high standards for customer support. Oversee the teams responsible for handling user queries, feedback, and technical issues, ensuring prompt and effective resolution.

Compliance and Risk Management:

Ensure that all operational activities comply with relevant industry regulations, data privacy laws (e.g., GDPR, local regulations), and company policies. Identify and mitigate potential operational risks.

Performance Monitoring & Reporting:

Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of operational initiatives. Prepare regular reports for the CEO on platform performance, user engagement, and business growth metrics

Financial & Budget Management:

Manage the operational budget, ensuring that resources are allocated efficiently to maximize ROI. Work closely with the finance team on forecasting and cost-control measures.

Collaboration with Other Departments:

Work closely with the marketing team to align operational activities with user acquisition strategies, and with the product team to ensure platform features meet market demand.

Required Skills and Qualifications



We are seeking a senior leader with a blend of strategic vision and hands-on operational expertise.

Professional Experience & Education:



Education:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Computer Science, or a related field. An MBA is highly preferred.

Experience:

Minimum of 8-10 years of progressive experience in operations management, with at least 3-5 years in a senior leadership role (e.g., Head of Operations, Director of Operations, COO).

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
