Role Overview:
We're looking for a confident and persuasive Telecaller Executive with 3-4 years of experience in the FMCG industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for engaging customers over the phone, promoting products, handling inquiries, and supporting sales campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote FMCG products
Handle inbound calls and resolve customer queries efficiently
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups
Support sales and marketing teams in lead generation and campaign execution
Meet daily call targets and conversion goals
Provide feedback on customer responses and market trends
Candidate Requirements:
3-4 years of telecalling experience in the FMCG sector
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities
Familiarity with CRM systems and call tracking tools
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
Graduate in any discipline; fluency in English and Hindi
