Job Description
Job description This role would be for configuring and setting up Service-now ITSM application and Service Portal Development. This person will work very closely with IT Process Architect, Business Analyst(s), IT Architect, and other technical teams to ensure that business needs around implementation of Service Portal Development. Qualifications: Minimum 3 to 8 years of Strong experience of Servicenow development and at least 3+ years of experience in ServiceNow Portal development. Candidate must be able to demonstrate the following ServiceNow development Skills: Create and configure Business Rules, UI Policies, UI Actions, Client Scripts, ACLs, Advanced scripting logic (Script Include). Play a key role in the design and implementation of new products and features while also enhancing the existing product suite. Certifications - Service Portal Certification (Fundamentals & Advanced) - Preferred
