Managing talent and succession planning; taking overall responsibility for recruitment activities and campaigns
Plan and conduct new employee orientation to foster positive attitude toward organizational objectives.
Performance Management: coaching managers and HOD's on performance management issues and processes
Implementing the training and development module; identify areas that needs attention and improvement.
Employee relations: managing absence, discipline, grievances etc.
Analyze and modify compensation and benefits policies to establish competitive programs and ensure compliance with legal requirements.
Measure employee satisfaction and identify areas that require improvement.
Implementation of new HR policies, procedures and processes and improvements in existing procedures.
Working with managers & individuals, coaching them and advising on all people issues.
Deal with complex disciplinary/grievance and HR issues.
Serve as a link between management and employees by handling questions, interpreting and administering contracts and helping resolve work-related problems.
Maintain records and compile statistical reports concerning personnel-related data such as hires, transfers, performance appraisals, and leave reports.
Conduct exit interviews to identify reasons for employee separation.
Implement strategic organizational change to increase productivity and employee satisfaction
