opportunity for CRM Management

Salary Range: 3-4.5 LPA (Will be negotiated on current salary

Location LudhianaMBA in Marketing.

Experience with CRM Software (ZOHO, Salesforce, etc.)

.Experience collaborating with different departments. person should be only MANUFACTURING INDUSTRY

Utilize CRM to manage customer relationships, track interactions, and enhance customer satisfaction.

Maintain accurate customer data and ensure timely updates to support sales and marketing initiatives.Sample Tracking & Lead Improvement

:Monitor and track product samples provided to customers to assess feedback and engagement.

Coordination Between Marketing & Plant:Facilitate communication and collaboration between the marketing and production teams to align strategies and operational capabilities.Assist in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns while ensuring production capacity meets market demand.Preparation of Daily Development Update Reports:

Prepare and distribute daily development update reports to keep stakeholders informed of project progress, challenges, and next steps.

Collaborate with team members to gather relevant data and insights for reporting.CRM Coordination and Issue Resolution:

Act as the primary point of contact for CRM-related inquiries and issues, facilitating prompt resolution to minimize disruption.Coordinate with IT and support teams to implement system enhancements and troubleshoot any technical
