Job Opportunity: AGM / DGM - HR & OD Activities

Location: Ludhiana

Industry: Automobile / Engineering Manufacturing

Experience: 10-15 Years (Preferred)

Qualification: Graduate / MBA in HR or equivalent

Salary: ₹20 to ?25 Lacs per annum

Key Responsibilities:

Organization Development (OD): Implement strategic HR initiatives and OD programs for organizational growth.

Training & Development: Identify training needs, design, and execute employee development programs.

Recruitment & Selection: Handle complete recruitment process and manpower planning for all departments.

HR Policy & Procedures: Formulate and implement company-wide HR policies and SOPs.

Employee Relations Management: Maintain harmonious employee relations and ensure statutory compliance.

Employee Engagement: Design and execute engagement programs to enhance motivation and retention.

Administration & CSR: Oversee general administration activities and CSR initiatives.

Quality Management Systems: Ensure adherence to HR and QMS standards and participate in audits.

Eligibility Criteria:

Candidate must be from the Engineering / Automobile Manufacturing Industry.

Strong exposure in plant HR, IR, and OD activities is essential.
