Required Qualifications & Skills
Graduate in any discipline (Technical background preferred).
Minimum
2-5 years
of relevant experience in facility/campus maintenance administration.
Strong coordination and vendor management skills.
Knowledge of
civil, carpentry, electrical, plumbing, housekeeping, and gardening
operations will be an added advantage.
Good communication, documentation, and reporting skills.
Roles & Responsibilities
Manage and supervise day-to-day campus maintenance activities.
Coordinate with technical staff, service providers, and vendors.
Ensure timely execution of repair and maintenance tasks.
Maintain logs, inventory, maintenance schedules, and compliance records.
Ensure campus cleanliness, safety, and proper infrastructure functioning.
Assist management in planning upgrades and preventive maintenance.
