Job Highlights:

Handle end-to-end recruitment -- sourcing, screening, scheduling, and onboarding. Coordinate with internal teams to understand hiring requirements. Source candidates via Naukri, LinkedIn, Shine, and referrals. Maintain candidate pipelines and ensure a smooth hiring process. Participate in recruitment drives and employer branding activities.

Eligibility:

Any graduation is mandatory. 3-6 years of proven experience in

internal and external hiring

. Experience in

niche skill hiring

and

Japanese profile recruitment across domains

will be an added advantage. Strong sourcing, communication, and interpersonal skills. Willing to work from

Jayanagar, Bangalore
