is currently seeking Ticketing Agents to join our Ground Staff team at the Coimbatore Airport. As a Ticketing Agent,
you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our passengers, handling ticket sales and reservations, and assisting with any inquiries or concerns. This is a full-time position with competitive pay and benefits. Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist passengers at the ticket counter with ticket sales, reservations, and changes to existing itineraries

• Provide accurate and timely information to passengers regarding flight schedules, fares, and policies

• Handle cash and credit card transactions for ticket sales

• Assist passengers with check-in and boarding processes.

• Resolve any customer service issues or concerns in a professional and timely manner

• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction

• Maintain a clean and organized work area Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Minimum of 1 year experience in customer service or sales, preferably in the aviation industry

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

• Proficient in using computer systems and applications

• Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
