Role Overview
We are looking for an
energetic, confident, and result-oriented Tele calling Executive
who can act as the first point of contact for our corporate and retail clients. This role combines
communication, sales support, lead generation, and client coordination
, making it ideal for candidates who want to grow in corporate sales and client servicing.
Key Responsibilities
Calling & Client Interaction
Make outbound calls to corporate leads, existing clients, and inquiry databases.
Introduce The Gratitude Lane, explain gifting solutions, and understand client requirements.
Handle inbound calls professionally and provide accurate product and service information.
Sales Support & Lead Conversion
Generate and qualify leads for the sales team.
Follow up with prospects to move them towards meetings, quotations, or order closures.
Support festive campaigns, bulk gifting projects, and corporate schemes.
Client Relationship Management
Build reports and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
Address basic queries and coordinate internally for quick resolutions.
Ensure a smooth client experience from first call to order handover.
Reporting & Coordination
Maintain call logs, lead status, and follow-up records in CRM/Excel.
Coordinate with sales, procurement, and operations teams for smooth execution.
Share market feedback and client insights with the management team.
Skills & Requirements
Strong communication skills in
Hindi and basic English
(mandatory).
Confident, presentable, and persuasive personality.
Ability to handle objections politely and professionally.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel or CRM tools (training will be provided).
Interest in
sales, corporate interaction, and business development
.
Freshers are welcome; experience in tele calling, B2B sales, or customer support is a plus.
