Key Responsibilities
Recruit, onboard, and manage a team of Insurance Consultants (ICs) and Retail Partners (RPs).
Provide training, mentoring, and motivation to ensure team success.
Drive recruitment campaigns and achieve manpower & business targets.
Monitor performance metrics and ensure compliance with company standards.
Act as a strategic leader to build a high-performing distribution network.
Eligibility
Minimum qualification: Graduate (12th pass with strong experience may be considered).
Proven leadership and team management skills.
Prior experience in recruitment, sales, or insurance is highly preferred.
Strong networking, communication, and interpersonal abilities.
