Experience:

Minimum 10-15 years in the education sector with at least 5 years in a leadership role

Key Responsibilities:

Provide visionary academic and administrative leadership to the school. Ensure the effective implementation of the school's vision, mission, and curriculum framework. Lead, mentor, and motivate the teaching and non-teaching staff to achieve academic excellence. Drive innovation in teaching methodologies and learning outcomes. Maintain strong communication with parents, staff, and the management. Ensure compliance with educational regulations and affiliation board requirements (CBSE/ICSE/IB/Cambridge as applicable). Oversee admissions, marketing, and community outreach activities.

Qualifications:

Postgraduate degree in Education or a related field (B.Ed/M.Ed required). Proven experience as a Principal or Head of School in a reputed institution. Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. A progressive mindset with a passion for holistic child development.
