Role Overview

We are seeking an

HR - Client Acquisition & Payroll Management

professional who can:

Acquire new clients

for payroll outsourcing.

Manage payroll operations

for onboarded clients.

Maintain strong relationships

with existing/connected clients to ensure long-term partnerships.
Key Responsibilities

Generate and onboard

new clients

for third-party payroll services. Build and nurture relationships with

existing clients

to ensure client satisfaction and retention. End-to-end handling of

payroll operations

and compliance. Act as the

point of contact

between clients and the company. Achieve client acquisition targets and earn attractive incentives.
Requirements

Experience in

HR, Payroll, Recruitment, or Client Acquisition

. Strong network and ability to

bring in client accounts

. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills. Self-driven and goal-oriented professional.

Fixed Salary
