Job Description

We are looking for a

hands-on Head Chemist / Senior Chemical Operator

who can

independently handle LABSA neutralization and detergent slurry preparation

in a small manufacturing setup.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIESManufacturing & Process Control

Neutralisation of LABSA (90% / 96%) using caustic soda Maintain

pH 6.5-7.0

and

temperature ? 55C

Preparation of detergent slurry (order-based) Control agitation, addition rate & batch timing Ensure batch-to-batch consistency
Quality Control

Check pH, appearance, foam & homogeneity Correct off-spec batches Maintain batch records & daily production log
Safety & Compliance

Safe handling of acids & alkalis Enforce PPE usage Handle minor spills & emergency neutralization Maintain safety register
Team Handling

Guide & supervise 1 helper Train helper on basic operations & safety
REQUIRED QUALIFICATION

Any one of the following:

ITI (Chemical) Diploma in Chemical Engineering B.Sc. Chemistry OR strong practical experience in detergent/chemical plant
EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENT (VERY IMPORTANT)

? Minimum

3 years hands-on experience

in:

LABSA neutralization OR Detergent powder / slurry manufacturing OR Chemical blending unit (acid-alkali handling)
Freshers not suitable
Pure lab-only experience not suitable

*Any retired person with such experience is also welcome.

SALARY & BENEFITS

Salary:

?18,000 - ?25,000 per month
(Depends on experience & skill)
