Position: UI/UX Designer Context and Purpose of the Job RioMed is a leading clinical software company based in the UK. Our core business function is developing and delivering clinical applications. We provide customised solutions to meet the specific requirements of healthcare professionals. Our mission is to improve healthcare at the point of delivery through patient participation and real time data capture. RioMed has been delivering clinical solutions nationally and internationally since 1997, in a variety of communicable and non-communicable disease areas including, HIV, Sexually transmitted disease, Osteoporosis, Elderly Care, Rheumatology, Cardiology and Diabetes.

MAIN RESPONSIBLITIES

• Be a great team player, experienced in working with agile teams. Ability to collaborate closely with developers, copywriters and UX designers.
• Create, improve, and use wireframes, prototypes, style guides, user flows, and effectively communicate your interaction ideas using any of these methods.
• Present and defend your design decisions. All your design decisions should be based on the overall design roadmap as well as your own design thinking and fundamental principles (i.e. color theory, visual weight, etc.)
• Continually keep yourself and your design team updated with the latest changes in your industry\xe2\x80\x99s standards.
• Collaborating with product management and engineering to define and implement innovative solutions for the product direction, visuals, and experience.
• Executing all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off to engineering
• Conceptualizing original ideas that bring simplicity and user friendliness to complex design roadblocks.

Skills and Qualifications

• UI/UX Designer, Diploma in design.
• Proven designing skills, including visualization, designed front end coding UI for responsive.
• Skill in image editing, creating icons, digital retouching, creating website designs, designing mock-ups for all devices, graphics and video clips, animation.
• Skill in creating marketing material such as social media post, creatives, brochure, flyer, forms etc.

Software and Technology Knowledge

• Software: Photoshop, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, Figma, Adobe CC
• Technology: UI/UX, advanced HTML, CSS, Bootstrap

Mandatory Software and Technology Knowledge

• Figma, Bootstrap, Html, CSS

ADDITIONAL NOTE

• That this a guide to your role you may be asked to do additional tasks as required by the RioMed consistent with the post.

ESSENTIAL

• Experienced and talented UI/UX designer to design and shape unique, user-centric products and experiences.
• Prior experience in agile teams, with developers, UX designers and marketing.
• Able to make deliberate design decisions and to translate any given user-experience journey into a smooth and intuitive interaction using technology.
• Ability to complete and manage tasks on their own.

Desirable

• With prior domain experience in UK Healthcare.
• Local candidate (Pune City).
