Job Description

  • Job Duties & Responsibilities
  • Explain and sell financial products (CIBIL score check/upgrade services, credit health reports, credit improvement services, etc.) to customers.
  • Actively generate new business opportunities through field visits, cold calling, meetings, and follow-ups.
  • Understand customer needs and provide suitable solutions.
  • Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets consistently.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and business professionals.
  • Maintain accurate data and records in Google Sheets and submit regular reports.
  • Collect market feedback and contribute to product and process improvement.
  • Travel across Ahmedabad as per company's business priorities.
  • Provide daily/weekly sales and performance reports to the Team Leader/Management.
  • Training Provided
  • Initial 3-5 days of training before deployment.
  • Training will cover product knowledge, sales techniques, and company policies.
  • Requirements
  • Male candidates preferred.
  • 6 months to 3 years of experience in sales/field sales.
  • Excellent communication and convincing skills (Hindi mandatory, English preferred).
  • Target-driven mindset with self-motivation and ability to work under pressure.
  • Basic computer knowledge (Excel, Google Sheets, etc.).
  • Must own a two-wheeler with a valid driving license.
  • Willingness to travel extensively across India.
