Roles and Responsibilities:
? Supervise and streamline end-to-end HR operations across
HO and multiple project sites.
? Manage employee lifecycle activities: onboarding,
transfers, confirmation, exit formalities, F&F.
? Ensure timely processing of attendance, leave, and payroll
inputs.
? Execute hiring strategies for engineers, site supervisors,
labourers, and other technical roles.
? Coordinate with project managers to assess workforce
needs across ongoing and upcoming projects.
? Serve as a point of contact for employee concerns,
grievances, and conflict resolution.
? Promote a positive work environment across both office
and site locations.
? Ensure fair and consistent implementation of HR policies
and procedures.
? Maintain accurate employee records and ensure data
privacy compliance.
? Conduct regular audits to verify compliance with HR
policies.
? Manage HR documentation, employment contracts, and
regulatory reporting (ESI, PF, etc.).
? Identify training needs and coordinate technical and soft
skills training programs.
? Implement career development plans for engineers and
other key staff.
? Execute performance management of systems and
processes.
? Prepare and analyze HR metrics and reports for decision-
making support.
? Manage payroll inputs in coordination with finance and
ensure accuracy.
Skills & Education:
? Strong knowledge of Indian labour laws and HR compliance
standards.
? Proven experience in recruiting technical staff and managing
site-based workforce.
? Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
? Proficiency in HR software and tools (e.g., Zoho People, SAP
SuccessFactors, etc).
? Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business
Administration, or related field (MBA in HR is preferred).
