Process Coordinator
to join our team. The ideal candidate should have experience with
Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
and possess strong skills in
customer support
and
interdepartmental coordination
.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain CRM systems to monitor and improve customer interactions.
Handle customer inquiries effectively via phone and email, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Coordinate with internal departments to facilitate smooth and efficient operations.
Follow up with clients and internal teams to ensure timely execution of tasks.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all communications and activities.
Key Requirements:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
Prior experience in customer handling and process coordination is preferred.
