  Must be flexible, as job may require working outside the normal working hours or shift work
  
  Ability to take on any task required to satisfy customer requirements
  
  Flexible to travel and stay for longer duration across various locations in UK

• 
  
  Must have strong experience in complete Hardware development life cycle as per DO254 (Technical feasibility, requirements, preliminary and detailed design, prototype manufacturing, test and evaluation, qualification and certification)
  
  Should have experience in the IVVQ (Integration, Verification, Validation and Qualification) including requirements management
  
  To be able to follow departmental, quality and Health & Safety procedures
  
  Design and testing of automated test equipment\'s used in avionic products
  
  To be able to assist in the qualification of test equipment\'s
  
  Must have good experience in bench test set-up, functional testing and performance evaluation
  
  Produce investigation reports and Statement of work
  
  Provide assistance to Engineering with investigation units
  
  Provide Technical assistance to Internal and External customer
  
  Must have experience in developing Qualification Test procedures (QTPs), Qualification Test Reports (QTR), Qualification by similarity reports (QBSR) and other documents required by certification authorities
  
  Responsible for providing regular updates to meet the needs of each customer regarding the status of the units
  
  Demonstrate a level of innovation within the cell to assist continuous improvements
  
  Must have experience in interfacing with external test facilities for environmental and EMI/EMC and other electrical tests as per MIL-STD and DO-160 standards
  
  Perform Inspection on all activities as and when required
