Job opening for SFDC Process SME- Contractual / Remote work

Responsibilities: Interact with companywide teams to fully support the Salesforce platform in ultimate support of marketing efforts in Salesforce Marketing Cloud. Serve as SME for the company in SFDC implementation, as well as Architecture of custom solutions. Closely work with business teams to ensure their needs translate to true SFDC configurable requirements. Create and own platform roadmap, including communication and updating throughout the entire organization. Configure SFDC features such as user management, permission sets, custom objects & fields, flows, reports, dashboards, etc. Manage all aspects of user and license management related to activation and deactivation. Evaluate and recommend additional software and process of improvement for user experience for SFDC platform. Coordinate with external consultants and vendors to maximize system efficiency. Develop and improve dashboards & reports to serve organizational needs. Qualifications: 4+ years of hands-on experience as SFDC including. Possess MULTIPLE Salesforce Certifications such as any Consultant, App Builder, Platform Developer. Ability to describe a time where you are building something \'new\' with a non-standard use of Salesforce....even if it did not work. Comfortable / excited by data and large amounts of it. Actively contributed to a SFDC implementation and multiple large scale related projects. Ability to talk to design of complex workflows, custom fields & objects, layouts, approvals, dashboards, etc. Experience working cross functionally with technical and business teams in a matrixed environment.
