Key Responsibilities:

• Handle on-site sales activities at assigned real estate projects.
• Engage with clients, conduct site tours, and explain project features and pricing.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with brokers, agents, and channel partners.
• Generate leads and convert them into confirmed sales by understanding customer needs.
• Follow up with prospects, brokers, and referral sources to close deals effectively.
• Achieve individual and team sales targets.
• Coordinate with internal teams regarding bookings, documentation, and post-sales support.
• Maintain detailed records of client interactions, broker coordination, and sales progress.
• Stay informed about local market trends and competitor activities.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in real estate sales or related field.
• Understanding of Surat's real estate market.
• Proven ability to handle clients, site operations, and broker networks.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Professional demeanor with customer-centric approach.
• Ability to work independently at site locations and handle multiple tasks.
