- Maintain strong relations with customers
- Address the queries of the customers
- Resolve the queries of the customers
- Maintain 100% satisfaction of the customers
- Take reviews of customers for social media posting
- Develop the strategies for maintaining customer satisfaction & retention
- Monitoring communication between Customers & Sales Experts and build up with removing any gaps in that (if required)
- Co ordinate with remote outlets and franchise outlets for customer engagement activities
- Regularly visits outlets and trained them to build strong relationship with customers
- Customer feedback & suggestions and work on it
