Position: Creative Lead

Exp: 7 - 10 years
Education and Experience:
Degree or diploma in graphic design, visual arts, or a related field
Minimum of 7 plus years of professional graphic design experience with 2 years of experience in technology
2+ years of UI/UX design experience, particularly in landing page design
At least 2 years of proven expertise using Canva for professional design work
Strong background in video marketing, including creation and editing of promotional videos, product demos, and social media content
Experience in product marketing from a creative perspective, demonstrating ability to visually communicate product features and benefits
Motion graphics design experience is highly desirable
A compelling portfolio that highlights your best work across various digital mediums, including social media campaigns, landing page designs, product marketing materials, video content, case studies, guides, checklists, and other digital creations
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Premiere Pro, Acrobat, and After Effects)
Advanced skills in Canva, capable of creating professional-grade designs efficiently
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (especially PowerPoint for presentations)
Experience with Content Management Systems (CMS) for building and managing landing pages
Big bonus: Knowledge of HubSpot CMS for creating and optimizing landing pages
Nice to have: Knowledge of UX/UI design principles
Responsibilities:
Lead and execute all creative projects, ensuring high-quality output and brand consistency
Design and optimize landing pages for various marketing campaigns
Create and edit engaging graphics for marketing materials, digital platforms, and social media channels
Produce and edit videos for promotional content, product demonstrations, and social media
Develop visual strategies for product marketing campaigns, effectively communicating product value propositions
Design compelling case studies, guides, checklists, and other content that supports marketing initiatives
Design and optimize landing pages for marketing campaigns using appropriate CMS tools
Manage and create content for social media platforms, ensuring our creative is up-to-date and platform-appropriate
Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to create effective visual content for campaigns
Stay updated on design trends and technologies, implementing innovative approaches to creative challenges
Manage project timelines, resources, and budgets to ensure timely delivery of creative assets
Analyze performance metrics of visual content and make data-driven improvements.
