We are looking for a Business Development Executive (Male/Female) to join our team. The role involves identifying
new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and contributing to revenue growth by promoting the

Key Responsibilities
? Identify and research potential clients, markets, and business opportunities.
? Develop strategies to generate new leads and expand the customer base.
? Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product/service demonstrations.
? Conduct regular follow-ups with existing clients via Online or Offline.
? Negotiate and close deals to achieve sales targets.
? Maintain long-term professional relationships with clients.
? Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, operations, finance) to ensure client satisfaction.
? Keep records updated in CRM and prepare regular progress reports.
? Stay informed about market trends, competitors, and industry developments.
? Represent the company at exhibitions, events, and networking opportunities.
Required Skills & Qualifications
? Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
? 1-3 years of proven experience in sales, business development, or client relations.
? Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
? Strong ability to build rapport with clients.
? Self-motivated, proactive, and result-oriented.
? Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
