Branch Manager (No budget constraint)
? Manage overall branch operations, sales, and business performance
? Generate new business for sea freight, air freight, 3PL Warehouse and logistics services
? Develop and execute business plans to achieve revenue and profit targets
? Lead, mentor, and monitor the sales & operations team
? Build strong relationships with customers, airlines, shipping lines, and vendors
? Ensure smooth coordination of export/import shipments
? Oversee documentation, customer service, and credit control activities
? Improve operational efficiency and ensure compliance with company policies
? Generate periodic business MIS and reports for management.
