Key Responsibilities:
Source candidates through job portals, social media, and other platforms
Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews
Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers or clients
Maintain and update candidate databases
Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process
Work closely with the HR team to meet recruitment targets
Requirements:
Excellent communication skills in English (spoken and written)
Prior experience in recruitment or HR (preferred but not mandatory)
Ability to work night shifts (mandatory)
Good organizational and multitasking skills
Familiarity with job portals and MS Office tools
