About Babblio

Babblio is an AI-powered English learning ecosystem designed for Indian learners. We help users improve their English speaking, pronunciation, grammar, and overall communication confidence through interactive practice, AI tutors, and real-time group discussions.

We are expanding our teaching team and seeking passionate English Speaking Trainers who can guide learners in improving their fluency and communication skills.

Role: English Speaking Teacher / Spoken English TrainerKey Responsibilities

Conduct online English-speaking sessions (1-on-1 or group discussions). Guide students on spoken English, pronunciation, and communication skills. Help learners build confidence through practical conversation practice. Prepare simple speaking tasks, daily topics, and assessments. Track learner progress and provide constructive, personalised feedback.

Who Can Apply

Excellent English communication skills and fluency. Passionate about teaching and helping learners improve. Comfortable speaking in both Hindi and English (bilingual preferred). Prior experience in Spoken English training is a plus. Freshers with strong communication skills are also welcome.

Requirements

Stable internet connection. Laptop/PC or mobile device with a good microphone. Availability for at least

2-3 hours daily

(timings are flexible).

Compensation

Competitive salary based on experience. Performance-based incentives. Certificate & Letter of Recommendation (for interns/part-time trainers).

Pay: ₹10,167.74 - ₹33,491.59 per month
