About The Role Position: Digital Marketing No of openings: 1 Location: Gurugram What You Will Do Digital Campaigns on Social Media platforms like FB, Linkedin Manage Brand Assets like Website, Social Media pages, optimize customer journeys to improve ROI and engagement Drive Brand Visibility and Reach through targeted actions like SEO, SEM Spearhead Content creation and drive Content Marketing with the aim of enhancing Brand Reputation and Credibility Execute Lead Generation campaigns Vendor/Agency Management, manage Alliances with publishers/platforms Support in Offline/BTL activations like exhibitions, on-ground events Who we are looking for - Qualification: Postgraduate (MBA Marketing & Sales) - 3-5 Years of relevant experience Digital Marketing, Online and Offline activations (Agency background is also fine) - Candidate with a mix of agency and corporate background can be considered - Must have independently handled Digital Marketing campaigns for at least 1 year period - Thorough with analytical tools like Google Analytics, exposure to SEO platforms e.g. SEMRush - Experience in doing Email Marketing and understanding of platforms like MailChimp/Netcore, etc. - Exposure to CRM platforms like Hubspot/ Salesforce/Marketo - Communication Skills (written and verbal) to be above par - Should have decent networking abilities Functional Skills: - Google Analytics, exposure to SEO platforms e.g. SEMRush. Exposure to CRM platforms like Hubspot/ Salesforce/Marketo Behavioral: Good communicator with pleasing personality, self-motivated with passion to prove himself/ herself, should have an attitude of honoring commitments
