purchase & sales invoices

Ensure timely and accurate communication with logistics and transport partners.
Coordinate with
loaders, CHAs (Custom House Agents), freight forwarders, and transporters
to ensure smooth dispatch and delivery operations.
Maintain proper records for shipments and logistics-related activities.
Support in compliance and audit requirements related to transport and export documentation.
Requirements:
Strong knowledge of
E-way Bill
,
TDS
,
GST
, and
invoice handling
.
Prior experience in
logistics coordination
(domestic and export).
Good communication skills, especially with transport and logistics service providers.
Strong coordination skills and attention to detail.
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word) and email correspondence.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
