Job title Sr. HR Executive
Reports to Manager - HR
Department Human Resource
Location Surat
Position 2 (1- Senior and 1- Junior profile)
Roles and Responsibilities:
? Conduct employee onboarding activities.
? Handling Payroll and statutory compliance.
? Define the essential duties and responsibilities then the standards and measurements
for each.(KRA & KPI)
? To Document KRA & KPI of each Employee.
? Define Employee Skill Matrix
? To provide focus and alignment between the organization\xe2\x80\x99s goals and the employee\xe2\x80\x99s
job.
? Generate & Implement PMS cycle on Monthly basis.
? Share & Discuss Performance rating of individual employee.
? Conduct the performance development and career opportunities discussion.
? Arrange Training Programme for increasing performance.
? Determine performance recognition, rewards or consequences.
? Generate Monthly or Quarterly MIS Report of employee and department vise performance
report.
? Performs other duties as assigned by management.
Job knowledge, skills and experience:
Education Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s/Master\xe2\x80\x99s degree from an accredited university
Experience Minimum 3-5 Years of Experience
Skills ? Good command on Excel
