(Fresher / Experienced) to join our sales and business development team. The ideal candidate will engage with business clients, understand their needs, and provide appropriate solutions to drive growth and achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
Engage and communicate with business clients to promote company products and services.
Generate and qualify new leads through calls, emails, and networking.
Schedule and conduct
daily demo meetings
with potential clients.
Maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business.
Achieve monthly sales targets (Minimum 4 sales per month).
Maintain accurate sales records and prepare daily activity reports.
Requirements
Fresher or Experienced in B2B / Inside Sales / Business Development.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Self-motivated and target-oriented.
Basic computer and CRM knowledge is a plus.
Work Schedule
Minimum 120 minutes of client interaction and 1 demo meeting per day.
