Job Description

Role & Responsibilities

Generate leads via cold calling, email outreach, and other channels. Reach out to prospective clients to understand their needs and pain points. Present and demonstrate products/services to potential customers. Support the sales team in preparing proposals, quotations, and sales presentations. Maintain and update CRM with customer interactions, sales pipeline data, and follow-up details. Assist in achieving monthly/quarterly sales targets. Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., marketing, operations) to ensure customer satisfaction. Participate in regular sales meetings and training sessions to build your sales skills. Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and potential clients.
Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in

Business Administration (BBA)

. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong persuasion and negotiation ability. Basic computer skills (MS Office -- Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Ability to work in a target-driven and fast-paced environment. Proactiveness, eagerness to learn, and resilience. (Optional) Familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
