Document all call details, update customer information in a database, and maintain accurate records using CRM software.
Key duties
Following communication scripts and adapting them as needed.
Identifying customer needs and providing solutions.
Escalating complex issues to supervisors or other departments.
Maintaining a professional and courteous tone.
Meeting or exceeding performance targets, such as call volume and customer satisfaction goals.
