Notice - Experience as Showroom Manager / Assistant Manager in a 2-wheeler dealership

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end showroom operations including sales, service coordination, and administration

Lead, train, and motivate sales executives to achieve monthly and yearly sales targets

Ensure excellent customer experience from inquiry to delivery and after-sales follow-up

Monitor vehicle inventory, stock levels, billing, and documentation

Coordinate with OEMs, finance companies, insurance partners, and RTO

Plan and execute showroom promotions, events, and local marketing activities

Track KPIs such as conversion ratio, enquiry management, test rides, and closures

Handle customer complaints and ensure timely resolution

Ensure compliance with company policies, audit requirements, and brand guidelines

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales and performance reports

Required Skills & Qualifications

Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred)

3-7 years of experience in a 2-wheeler or automobile dealership

Strong sales, team management, and negotiation skills

Knowledge of two-wheeler products, financing, insurance, and RTO processes

Excellent communication and customer-handling skills

Proficiency in MS Excel, CRM, and dealership management systems
