requiring strong medical understanding and excellent communication skills. Candidates must be comfortable interacting with doctors, institutions, and families.
Mandatory Educational Qualification
Candidates
must
have completed one of the following:
BSc Nursing / GNM / ANM
Allied Health Sciences (Physiotherapy, MLT, Radiology, OT, etc.)
Hospital Administration / Public Health (with clinical exposure)
Candidates without a healthcare or allied health background will not be considered.
Key Responsibilities1. Doctor & Hospital Engagement
Meet specialist doctors (Oncology, Orthopaedics, Cardiology priority)
Explain AssistHealth services and care coordination model
Build referral relationships and support doctor onboarding
Coordinate follow-ups after meetings
2. Membership Sales & Awareness
Promote AssistHealth memberships (Basic, Premium, AHANA)
Conduct awareness sessions in apartment communities
Support diagnostic camps and health drives
Convert enquiries into memberships
3. Institutional & Community Partnerships
Engage with RWAs, assisted living facilities, schools, and corporates
Support AHANA program onboarding
Coordinate with internal teams for execution
4. Field Execution & Reporting
Plan daily field visits and meetings
Maintain records of doctor and institution interactions
Provide weekly updates to management
