Experience: Minimum 1-3 years in CPaaS / Telecom / Messaging Industry

About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Sales Executive who have strong knowledge of CPaaS solutions, including Bulk SMS, WhatsApp API, Email Marketing, RCS SMS, and Voice Call services with Iffective Presentational and pitching skills. The ideal candidate must have prior experience in selling similar services and should be capable of driving revenue growth in the assigned region.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify prospects, and onboard new clients for CPaaS services.

Presentation and pitching Bulk SMS, WhatsApp API, Email, RCS, and Voice solutions to potential customers.

Develop and maintain strong business relationships with existing and new clients.

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and update CRM regularly.

Coordinate with support and technical teams for smooth client onboarding.

Understand market trends and competitor activities in the CPaaS industry.

Attend client meetings, demos, and industry events when required.

1-3 years of experience in CPaaS / Bulk SMS / WhatsApp API / Communication or Telecom industry.

Strong understanding of messaging products, DLT, APIs, and business communication tools.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Ability to understand customer needs and provide suitable solutions.

Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.

Proficiency in CRM and sales reporting tools.

Education:

Any graduate (MBA in Marketing preferred, not mandatory).
