Key Responsibilities:

Perform daily in-process QC checks on the production line. Carry out final QC testing of finished pens including writing tests, leakage checks, tip alignment, ink flow, pressure tests, weight checks, and cap fitment tests. Identify defective items and prepare rejection reports. Maintain daily QC records and share findings with the production team. Follow company quality standards, sampling guidelines, and testing procedures. Report any production issues and assist in implementing corrective and preventive actions. Conduct quality inspection of raw materials such as plastic components, refills, ink cartridges, tips, springs, and caps. Inspect packaging materials such as boxes, pouches, and stickers.

Required Skills & Experience:

QC experience from any industry is acceptable (manufacturing industry preferred). Strong knowledge of quality parameters and defect identification. Familiarity with basic QC measuring tools such as vernier caliper, weighing scale, and gauges. Knowledge of Six Sigma concepts (basic awareness or certification preferred). Good observation skills and attention to detail. Ability to maintain QC documentation and report accurately. Minimum qualification: 12th / Diploma / Graduate.
