Role Overview



We are seeking a highly motivated Product Manager with a strong technology background and a passion for innovation. This role will lead digital initiatives, work with external agencies and internal teams to enhance customer experience, and drive technology adoption across the company -- from AI/ML integration in products to process digitization in every department.


Key Responsibilities



1. Digital Product Development & Management



Work with agencies to enhance and maintain the Cosmos Pumps website and CosmoSmart(TM) app for improved customer engagement. Identify, design, and oversee the development of digital tools (internal and customer-facing) that streamline sales, service, and operational processes. Ensure seamless integration of digital platforms with CRM, ERP (SAP), and other systems.

2. AI/ML & Innovation



Explore and implement AI/ML applications in pumps for predictive maintenance, performance optimization, and remote monitoring. Evaluate and integrate AI solutions across business functions to improve efficiency, analytics, and decision-making.

3. Process Improvement & Automation



Collaborate with each department to map workflows, identify inefficiencies, and digitize processes. Implement automation, dashboards, and tech-enabled solutions to enhance productivity and visibility.

4. Project Management



Manage project scope, timelines, and deliverables for all tech-related initiatives. Coordinate between internal teams and technology vendors. Ensure proper documentation, user training, and post-deployment support for all new systems.

Required Skills & Qualifications



B.Tech/B.E. in IT or Electronics Engineering; Tier-1 institute preferred. 2-4 years of experience in product management, digital transformation, or technology project execution. Strong understanding of web/app development, APIs, and system integrations. Familiarity with AI/ML concepts and ability to work with data and vendor teams. Experience with ERP/CRM platforms (SAP, Zoho, Salesforce, etc.). Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple cross-functional projects simultaneously. Preferred Attributes Hands-on experience with automation, analytics, or AI-powered tools. Exposure to IoT or connected product ecosystems. Entrepreneurial mindset and strong execution bias.
