Key Responsibilities

Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns on Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn Ads, and other platforms

Manage campaign budgets and ensure optimal ROI

Perform A/B testing on ad creatives, copies, landing pages, and targeting

Track and analyze performance metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, and conversion rates

Set up and manage tracking using Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, etc.

Identify growth opportunities and scaling strategies

Coordinate with design, content, and sales teams for campaign execution

Prepare performance reports and insights for stakeholders

Stay updated with platform changes and digital advertising trends

Required Skills & Qualifications

Strong hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads

Good understanding of conversion tracking and attribution models

Analytical mindset with strong data interpretation skills

Experience in lead generation and/or e-commerce campaigns

Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously

Preferred Skills (Good to Have)

Experience with LinkedIn Ads, Twitter/X Ads, or programmatic advertising

Knowledge of CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization)

Familiarity with tools like Hotjar, HubSpot, Zoho CRM, or Salesforce

Basic understanding of SEO and content marketing

Education

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (preferred but not mandatory)
