Backed by one of the leading textile makers of the world, we are building a fashion brand from India for the world.We are looking for a Head of Operations who enjoys setting processes, building systems and aims for success of every order. Whether it is identifying process gaps amongst various teams or building reporting & monitoring frameworks for every vertical, we are looking for an experienced professional who will lead cross functional teams in production, operations and customer experience.About the Role
The Head of Operations role is at the heart of all our efforts at The Pant Project. The role involves managing operation teams for the next stage of scale for the brand. We are looking for ones with a zest for growth and with the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment. Interest and enthusiasm for fashion are a plus.

• Managing 4 key areas across teams- production, logistics and customer service and alterations (post service)

• Driving key operational metrics for speed of production, quality of product, customer satisfaction and customer retention

• Deep dive into the production process and work closely with factory teams to drive improvements in performance including inventory planning and troubleshooting issues

• Oversee daily operations and be the go-to person for problem resolution
• Preparing weekly reports for the leadership team to include key performance indicators across customer service, production, logistics and retention

• Implement relevant software solutions for the next stage of scale

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in leading operations

• High energy with the capability to multi-task in a dynamic, fast-growing startup

• Must have a collaborative working style and must work well in a team environment with the ability to adapt to evolving processes and systems

• Past experience of working with retail brands is a plus.
• Must have values of integrity and an ambition to work for a growing organization
