Role Summary
We are seeking a motivated
Civil Engineer - Sales
to drive business development in medical infrastructure and hospital equipment projects. The candidate will be responsible for client acquisition, project feasibility assessments, technical consultations, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop business opportunities with hospitals, clinics, diagnostic centers, and healthcare institutions.
Conduct site visits, evaluate project feasibility, and provide technical inputs for medical infrastructure projects (OT, ICU, diagnostics labs, etc.).
Prepare BOQs, layouts, and cost estimations in coordination with clients and internal teams.
Promote and sell hospital infrastructure solutions and medical equipment.
Build and maintain strong client relationships and ensure repeat business.
Support tenders, bids, and project documentation for government and private projects.
Work with execution teams to ensure timely installation and project delivery.
Provide technical presentations and demonstrations to clients.
Monitor competitor activities and market trends in the healthcare infrastructure space.
Requirements
Education:
B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Civil Engineering.
Experience:
1-5 years in sales/project coordination, preferably in healthcare infrastructure/medical equipment industry.
Knowledge of hospital project layouts, civil works, and BOQ preparation.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of AutoCAD will be an advantage.
Willingness to travel for client meetings and site inspections.
