Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic Leadership & Critical Thinking

Act as a trusted advisor to the CEO and leadership team. Apply strong

critical thinking and analytical skills

to evaluate business risks, opportunities, and financial trade-offs. Provide data-driven recommendations to guide strategic decisions.

Budgeting & Forecasting

Lead the budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes. Build dynamic financial models that adapt to evolving market conditions. Track variances and drive efficiency in resource allocation.

Team Leadership & Development

Build, lead, and mentor the finance and accounting teams. Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Establish scalable processes and empower team members for future growth.

Governance, Compliance & Operations

Ensure compliance with US GAAP and fintech regulations. Oversee risk management, internal controls, and audit processes. Implement robust financial systems, automation tools, and reporting standards.

Qualifications & Experience

CA/CPA/MBA Finance (preferred) or equivalent advanced degree.

5+ years in fintech/financial services/startups

. Strong expertise in

budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling

. Proven ability to

lead and scale teams

in high-growth environments. Track record of

critical thinking and decision-making

in complex financial scenarios.
Experience with fundraising and investor management.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹900,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
