Job Overview



We are looking for a highly driven and data-focused Campaign Manager to manage and scale CPA/CPS-based digital campaigns for the Telecom VAS, Entertainment & OTT industry across India and international markets. The ideal candidate should have hands-on expertise in Meta Ads and Google Ads, strong analytical skills, and experience managing high-budget performance campaigns.

Key Responsibilities



Plan, launch, manage, and optimize CPA/CPS performance marketing campaigns on Meta Ads and Google Ads. Handle end-to-end campaign execution for Telecom VAS, Entertainment & OTT verticals including user acquisition, subscriptions, and conversions. Manage and optimize monthly ad budgets exceeding USD 10,000+, ensuring ROI and KPI targets are met. Analyze campaign performance across India and overseas markets and scale profitable campaigns. Set up and manage tracking, attribution, and analytics using tools like Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, and third-party tracking tools. Work with cloaking tools and traffic filtering techniques to ensure campaign compliance. Perform A/B testing on creatives, audiences, landing pages, and funnels. Monitor KPIs such as CPA, CPS, CTR, CVR, ROAS, retention, and LTV. Coordinate with internal teams to align campaign strategies with business goals. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.

Required Skills & Experience



Proven experience running Meta Ads and Google Ads for performance-driven campaigns. Hands-on experience with CPA/CPS-based models (mandatory). Prior experience in Telecom VAS, Entertainment, OTT, or subscription-based services is a plus. Experience managing ad budgets of USD 10,000+. Strong understanding of funnel optimization, conversion tracking, and attribution models. Experience using analytics, tracking, monitoring, and cloaking tools. Ability to scale campaigns across multiple geographies. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
