ob Description: AEM + Figma Specialist
Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and creative professional with hands-on experience in Adobe
Experience Manager (AEM) and Figma to join our Digital Experience team. This role blends
content management, UI/UX design, and collaborative development to deliver seamless
digital experiences across web and mobile platforms.
Key Responsibilities
?Design & Prototyping: Use Figma to create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI
designs aligned with brand and user experience goals.
?AEM Development:?
- Build and manage responsive websites using AEM Sites and Assets.?
- Develop and customize AEM components, templates, workflows, and integrations with
Adobe Cloud services (e.g., Adobe Analytics, Target, Campaign).?
- Implement best practices for content distribution, asset management, and
collaboration features like annotations, versions, and inbox workflows.
?Integration & Collaboration:?
- Integrate AEM Assets directly into Figma using the AEM Assets Connector.?
- Collaborate with marketing, creative, and technical teams to streamline design-to-
development workflows.
?Optimization & Maintenance:?
- Monitor site performance and user engagement using Adobe Analytics.?
- Maintain AEM environments including automated content publishing, access
management, and workflow cleanup.
Requirements
Required Skills
?Proficiency in Figma for UI/UX design and prototyping.
?Strong experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) including Sites, Assets, and
Forms.
?Familiarity with Java/J2EE, Apache Sling, OSGi, and REST APIs.
?Experience with Adobe Experience Cloud tools: Target, Analytics, Campaign, etc.
?Understanding of responsive design, accessibility, and SEO optimization.
?Ability to work in Agile environments and collaborate across cross-functional teams.
