Job Controller

to manage and coordinate daily workshop operations at our Verna branch. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in job control, workshop supervision, and team coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise workshop activities and ensure smooth workflow on the shop floor Assign and distribute repair orders with expected job completion times Ensure technicians have the necessary tools and resources to complete assigned tasks Monitor and record causes of repeat repairs and take corrective action Coordinate between service advisors and technicians to meet production and quality targets

Requirements:

Experience: 1-2 years in automobile workshop operations or job control Qualification: ITI / Diploma in Automobile Gender: Male Good communication and coordination skills Strong knowledge of workshop procedures and technical standards
