Key Responsibilities
1. Manage all student placement-related work
- Coordinate student registrations, resume building, and interview preparations
2. Establish and maintain connections with job-offering companies
- Network with industry partners, HR representatives, and hiring managers
- Build relationships with companies to ensure consistent job opportunities
3. Identify and explore new job vacancies
- Research and scout for new job openings, internships, and apprenticeships
- Stay updated on industry trends and job market demands
4. Coordinate placement drives and recruitment processes
- Organize campus recruitment drives, job fairs, and industry meets
- Ensure smooth execution of recruitment processes
5. Facilitate communication between students, companies, and the institution
- Act as a liaison between students, companies, and the institution
- Provide necessary support and guidance to students and companies
6. Develop and maintain relationships with industry partners
- Foster strong relationships with industry partners to ensure continued support
- Collaborate with industry partners to develop customized training programs

Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in job consultancy and similar roles
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with industry partners
- Strong organizational and coordination skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
