Key Responsibilities:
Support in identifying and listing job openings for students and recent graduates.
Connect with companies, HR professionals, and recruiters in the Kochi region to explore hiring opportunities.
Maintain and update a database of employers and student profiles.
Assist in organizing campus drives, job fairs, and career workshops.
Coordinate communication between students and employers for interviews and selections.
Prepare basic reports on job connect and placement activities.
Promote job opportunities among students through digital and offline channels.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in any discipline (freshers are welcome).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Interest in networking, placements, and student engagement.
Basic knowledge of MS Office and social media platforms.
Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and take initiative.
