Must understand and coordinate the Architectural process with attention of the overall
Scope of Work, attention to detail and assisting in creating the Cartoon Set with the
Director of Architecture.
Assist the Director of Architecure in scheduling and facilitating ALL project kick-off meetings to determine overall project scope.
Assist in preparing the Project Planning Cartoon Set of the Complete Set
of CDs and/or Design Development Drawings.
Coordination with Foodservice consultants and documents to be given to
Project MEP Engineers.
Coordination with I Director of Architecure to continue CDs including
plans, RCPs and ALL Elevations and specialty design details and
sections.
Gather all final drawings and put into a 90% final set of CDs ready for
Director of Architecure QA check of documents.
Keep Director of Architecure informed to any Risk Management issues.
